TAKE ALONG EGG MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. (6 oz.) spiral macaroni, uncooked or 3 c. cooked
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
3 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c. sliced celery
3/4 - 1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion or 1 tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Lettuce leaves
2 tbsp. toasted slivered almonds (opt.)

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Cover and chill. Combine eggs, cheese, celery, mayonnaise, onion, mustard and salt. Stir in macaroni; cover and chill. Serve in lettuce lined bowl and sprinkle with almonds.
