CREAMY BEEF AND EGGS 
2 tbsp. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. dried beef, shredded
1/2 c. milk
6 toasted frozen waffles or toast slices

Melt butter in skillet. Add eggs. Cook slowly, stirring until eggs are set. Stir in cheese, beef, and milk. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and eggs cooked. Serve over waffles or toast.
