FROZEN BANANAS 
4 firm bananas
4 wooden sticks (like sticks used for candy apples)
1/3 c. honey
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans or black walnuts

Peel firm bananas. Insert wooden sticks in fruit lengthwise. Chill one hour in refrigerator. In saucepan, combine honey and chocolate pieces. Place over low heat. Stir until chocolate pieces are melted. Add peanut butter. Continue cooking while stirring until mixture comes to a coat. Roll in chopped pecans or black walnuts. Freeze. Must be served frozen. Makes 4 servings.
