BEEF BRISKET 
3-4 lb. beef brisket
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 box (2 packs) instant onion soup

Place brisket in a shallow baking dish with enough tin foil to go under and over brisket, to fold it as if it were in its own envelope. Spread ketchup over brisket. Sprinkle both packs of onion soup over brisket. Sprinkle brown sugar all over. Seal tin foil, loosely with room for air to circulate. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes per pound.
