1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. juice from oranges & pineapple
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits, drained
Miniature marshmallows

Dissolve gelatins in hot water. Add juice and cool. Add fruit, pour into 13"x9" dish. Cover top with marshmallows. Press down slightly. Refrigerate several hours.

TOPPING:

1 c. heavy cream
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
Shredded cheddar cheese

Whip the heavy cream or Dream Whip, sugar to taste and vanilla. Blend whipped cream, sugar, vanilla and mayonnaise. Spread over Jello and top with cheese.
