MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
2 c. cold water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cook style vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 tall can mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix water, Jello, and pudding in saucepan; bring to boil. Boil until clear. Cool completely, overnight. Beat Jello mixture until fluffy. Beat in Cool Whip. Fold in oranges and marshmallows. Refrigerate. Terrific light dessert!
