BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH
CHEESE
 
4-6 chicken breasts, boneless
4-6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. water
1 c. herb-flavored croutons or stuffing mix
3 tbsp. butter

Arrange chicken in greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Put cheese slices over chicken. Mix soup with water and pour over cheese. Sprinkle with croutons, dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
