LIGHT POPCORN BALLS 
3 qts. popped corn
1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. water
butter
1 tsp. salt

Combine sugar, syrup and water in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Continue cooking without stirring until a little dropped in cold water forms a stiff ball. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and salt. Pour over popcorn, stirring until all is coated. Let cool a few seconds.

Butter your hands and quickly shape into two inch balls.
