PASTA FAZOOLA | |
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine 1 lg. onion 2 tbsp. Crisco oil 2 lg. cans Hunt's tomato sauce 3 cans water 1 tsp. parsley Salt and pepper to taste 3 tbsp. Romano cheese 1 can canolini beans 1 lb. Ditiline macaroni Brown garlic and onion. Add parsley. Add sauce and water. Bring to boil, then simmer for 1 hour. Add salt, pepper and cheese. Add beans. Let cook 1 hour longer, then let cool. Cook macaroni, add to beans and sauce. |
