1 pkg. chocolate ice box cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cube butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. powdered sugar
Salted cashews

Butter 9"x13" glass dish. Crush cookies and mix with little butter to hold crumbs together. Spread over bottom of dish. Freeze.

Spread ice cream that has been softened at room temperature over crumbs. Freeze.

Melt chocolate with butter. Remove from heat. Add beaten eggs and powdered sugar. Spread over ice cream. Freeze. Top with Cool Whip and chopped cashews.
