SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes, smashed a little
Milk to make soupy
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
Squeeze of lemon
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together with enough milk to make it soupy. It will also be lumpy. Put in casserole dish or baking pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
Dash cinnamon

Mix and pour over top. Bake, uncovered 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out of oven and pour small marshmallows over top enough to cover and return to oven. Broil until marshmallows are golden. Great with turkey dinner.
