SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter (melted)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine first (7) seven ingredients. (Cinnamon or other spices can be added.) Put in long 13 x 9 inch pan or long casserole dish. Mix topping.

Spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until topping has browned.
