CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 or 2 1/2 lbs. chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion
2 c. chicken stock
Chopped celery
Bag of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Cook chicken and debone it. In casserole, add cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup chicken stock. Mix together. Add chicken. Mix stuffing, onion, celery and 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock or amount to soften dressing as desired. Place dressing on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
