1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. flour
1 egg
Enough milk to make drop dumplings
1 tbsp. grated onion
Salt to taste

Drop in boiling salted water until they rise to the top. They can be frozen, freeze on cookie sheet and put in plastic bag. Can be served with fried bacon and onion.
