GRANDMA'S HOMEMADE DUMPLINGS 
1 c. sifted flour (sift then measure)
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/3 c. milk

Mix together flour, salt and baking powder. In a separate bowl combine egg and milk. Add a little at a time to mixture in first bowl. Drop from a teaspoon into broth. Cook 10-12 minutes in a covered dish.

I've been using this recipe for awhile now. It is hands down one of the best. I roll my dumplings into tight balls and they come out like a gnocchi/ dumpling. Best in homemade chicken or turkey soup. Thanks!
