CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. corn syrup (white)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
3 qt. popcorn, popped

Boil first 4 ingredients 5 minutes, take off heat and add next 2; pour over corn. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 200 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes.
