CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. burnt sugar flavoring
1/2 tsp. baking soda
8 qts. popcorn
2 c. peanuts

Melt butter, syrup, brown sugar and salt in a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Add flavorings and soda. Put popped corn and peanuts in a large pan. Pour syrup over popcorn and nuts, stirring well to coat each kernel. Bake for 1 hour in a 250 degree oven. Stir every 10 or 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool, stirring often until cooled.
