SHRIMP SALAD 
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. grated onion
1 med. tomato
1 c. shrimp (frozen, cleaned and deveined), 8-10 oz.
1 qt. lettuce
1/2 sliced black olives

Combine first 8 ingredients and toss salad.
