HERBED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
Tomato juice seasoned with salt, coarsely ground black pepper and plenty of crushed basil leaves

Cover pork chops with seasoned tomato juice. Let chops marinate for 6 hours. Remove, making certain that the basil clings to the chops. Broil slowly 4-6 inches over coals until done, about 1 hour.
