BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 stalk celery, chopped
10 oz. broccoli, fresh or frozen
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk

Cook onion, carrot, celery and broccoli in water until tender and drain. Add soup, milk, butter and heat thoroughly. Serves 4.
