BROCCOLI AND CARROT BAKE 
2 pkg. broccoli, chopped or 1 fresh
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 - 2 tbsp. melted butter
Herb stuffing mix

Cook and drain broccoli. Blend together soup, flour, carrots, onion and sour cream. Blend in broccoli; pour into baking dish. Mix stuffing with melted butter; sprinkle along sides of broccoli (on the border). Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
