1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
20 oz. crushed pineapple in own juice
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix by hand. Do not overbeat. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 lb. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Beat well.
