1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cake mix (spice or yellow)
1 (15 oz.) can applesauce
3 eggs

Stir together well cake mix, eggs and applesauce. Pour half the batter in a bundt pan; sprinkle mixture of cinnamon and sugar on batter, then pour in rest of batter. Bake this at 350 degrees for 45 minutes while you get ready and you won't be late to work when it's your turn to bake! Remove from pan and sprinkle with 10X sugar.
