SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS WITH
SAUCE
 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/3 c. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. ketchup
2 eggs
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. minced onion

Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls (size of med. lemon). Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Add sauce and cook an additional 15 minutes.

SAUCE:

13 oz. can sweetened pineapple chunks
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. chopped green pepper

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
