SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey (may use 1/2 + 1/2 of each)
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. minced onion
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 - 1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. milk

Combine ingredients and shape into balls. Brown and cook. Drain and remove from pan.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
20 oz. can crushed or cubed pineapple, drained and liquid reserved
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. chopped green pepper (optional)

Mix cornstarch and sugar, stir in pineapple liquid, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth. Pour in skillet; cook over medium heat stirring constantly until it thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Add meatballs, pineapple and peppers. Heat and serve over noodles or rice. Serves 6.
