SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE (PINEAPPLE) 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4-5 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. brown vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (20 oz.) can crushed (drained) pineapple

Add all ingredients together. Cook until thickened. Serve with noodles or rice.

This was so good!!! I used a fresh pinapple instead of the can and flour instead of cornstartch (shifted). This was super easy and super quick!!! great on chicken and rice noodles!!! or to serve as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers.

Very delicious. Used 4 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tbsp white sugar and substituted with a whole pineapple blended with 3 sweet peppers. Served with vegetable stir fry and cornstarch battered chicken over rice. Smiles all around.
