SWEET SOUR SAUCE 
A tangy sweet sauce used to embellish meat and sea foods.

2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cornstarch

Bring ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly. Chill and serve with vegetable salads or use hot as sauce for meat, poultry and seafood dishes. Makes 1/2 cup.
