EASY SWEET-AND-SOUR SAUCE 
This is the perfect sauce for adding some zing to cooked fish fillets. Sure, you can serve it with chicken, steak, or even vegetables, too.

1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients over medium-low heat; mix well. Cook until the sauce is bubbly and the brown sugar is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
