COMPANY CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. noodles
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
6 green onions (optional)
3/4 c. grated cheese

Cook noodles, drain and rinse. Cook meat until brown. Add seasonings and tomato sauce; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, and noodles. Pour in casserole dish - top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Note: I use extra cheese. This dish freezes well.
