STEAMED PORK HASH 
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 tbsp. dried salted cabbage (chung choi), minced
3/4 c. water chestnuts, diced, but not too small
2 to 3 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 to 3 tbsp. oyster sauce

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in bowl and steam for 30 to 45 minutes. Garnish with minced green onions.
