RHUBARB BREAD 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2/3 c. oil

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour

Grease and flour two 9x3 inch loaf pans.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. melted butter

Mix and spread on top of breads before baking. This bread can be frozen. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; test at 50-55 minutes.
