PORK HASH 
1 lb. lean pork, ground
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. shoyu
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. green onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients together. Place the meat mixture into a glass pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on roast for 8-10 minutes until done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
