HASHED SAUSAGE PORK AND/OR BEEF 
4 lb. of sauerkraut
2 lb.of polish sausage
1 lb. or 2 lg. of beef or pork
1 sm. can of tomato sauce

Cook sauerkraut and meat in amount of water just to cover sauerkraut until soft. Wash dry mushrooms and add to sauerkraut. Take out meat and fry with onions and polish sausage. Add everything to sauerkraut. Add small can of tomato sauce salt and pepper. Serve hot.
