EGG - SAUSAGE PUFF 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned & cooled
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. oregano

Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole; pour mixture into casserole. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour. (Shallow baking dish cooks quicker.)
