CHILI HAM EGG PUFF 
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. (16 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. melted butter
2 (4 oz. each) cans diced chiles
1/4 lb. diced ham

Mix all above. Pour into 9 x 13 inch well greased baking dish. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot. This dish is wonderful for brunch or a lunch with a green salad and hard rolls. Serves 12.
