CHILI EGG PUFF 
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. creamy cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. chopped green chilis

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden on top and set solid.
