POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes
1 sm. onion, minced
3 hard boiled eggs
3 spears dill pickles, minced
Pickle juice
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Boil potatoes until soft. Cool and cut into small squares. Add onions, eggs, pickles, mayonnaise, and pickle juice to taste.

Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.
