CRABMEAT SUPREME 
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs (boiled, mashed fine)
1 lb. lump crab
Salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 can mushroom soup
Ritz cracker crumbs
Dash red pepper

Heat butter, flour and onion together. Remove from heat. Add mayonnaise, eggs, salt, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper and soup. Fold in crab. Place in buttered casserole. Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 325 degrees until brown (30 minutes).
