2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. canned milk
Dash of salt

I use 1 to 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice instead of the nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves.

Mix in order given. Bake in greased casserole dish for 45-50 minutes (or until center is set) at 375 degrees.
