CHICKEN PIE 
CHICKEN PIE:

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chicken broth
4 c. coarsely cut cooked chicken
1 c. drained, canned English peas
6 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. chopped pimento

PUFF PASTRY:

1 c. chilled butter (butter)
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. ice water

Line bowl with pastry and add pie filling. Cook at 350 degrees.
