LEMON BUTTER SMOKED SALMON
FILLETS
 
2 smoked salmon fillets
1 lemon
2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Lay tin foil out onto a baking sheet. Place salmon fillets onto foil. Pour butter over fish. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over salmon. Cut a few extra slices of lemon and place on top for extra flavor. Sprinkle salt and pepper over fish. Fold in ends and sides of foil to make sure no steam will escape while baking.

Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!

This IS excellent. I did not like Salmon until I used this recipe. The only difference at all... I place pats of butter over the salmon so it melts as it cooks. Fabulous!
