NORTH CAROLINA BBQ RIBS 
1 full rack of ribs (cut into individual pieces)
apple cider vinegar (enough to cover)
molasses (I like Grandma's)

SEASONINGS:

salt
pepper
Montreal steak seasoning
paprika
Accent MSG (optional)
lemon pepper seasoning
coriander
marjoram
garlic powder
onion powder

Put all ribs in a deep pan or pot. Cover with seasonings. With the vinegar cover the ribs. Add about 1/2 jar of molasses. Bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes to an hour or until meat starts to fall off the bone.
