SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
3 slices bread
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash soy sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sausage
1 finely chopped onin
Pepper
Flour
4 tbsp. oil
1 c. boiling water

Soak bread in milk; mix well. Add egg, meats, onion, garlic salt and pepper. Shape into small balls. Lightly flour and brown in the oil and drain. Place in chafing dish.

Dissolve bouillon cube in cup of boiling water. Pour over meat balls. Simmer covered for one hour in oven. Serve hot.
