BEEF BALL STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
4 tsp. A-1 Steak Sauce
1/3 c. crackers, crushed
1 egg, beaten

SAUCE:

4 oz. can mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. catsup
1 can beef bouillon
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream

Mix hamburger with sauce, crackers and egg into meatballs (1 1/2" diameter). Brown in butter and cook gently for 10 minutes. Remove balls.

SAUCE: Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter for 5 minutes. Turn off heat, add flour, catsup, bouillon, onion soup mix. Simmer 5 minutes. Add balls, heat through. Stir in sour cream. Serves 4.
