BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. lean stew beef
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt
Pepper

Mix all ingredients and pour over stew beef in 3 quart casserole dish. Cook at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Keep cover in place during cooking time. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4 to 5 people.
