APPLE MEAT BALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
2 apples, chopped fine
1 chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
10 soda crackers, crumbled
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3 bouillon cubes
1 1/3 c. water

Combine beef, apple, onion, celery, crackers, egg and salt. Form into balls. Brown balls. Dissolve bouillon cube in water and then put balls into it and bake in oven for 1 to 2 at 300 degrees. Can make gravy with sauce. Serve over mashed potatoes.
