1 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 pinch of salt

Put in a jar and shake until well mixed. Cook over low heat until boiling. Let cool thoroughly. Mix thoroughly: 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour paste with other ingredients until well blended.
