1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Place in small saucepan the milk, flour, and salt. Cook to paste, then cover and refrigerate until cold. Cream together Crisco, sugar, and vanilla. Add cold paste and beat 10 minutes.
