LOW-CALORIE MILK SHAKE 
1 c. skim milk
1/3 c. powdered milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. artificial sweetener
1 tbsp. cocoa or
1 banana or
1/2 c. strawberries
6 ice cubes

Mix all ingredients, except ice, in blender. Add one cube at a time and blend well.
