BANANA MILK SHAKE 
Bananas - too ripe to get kids to eat them
Milk
Raw eggs (throw in some shells)
Cinnamon
Honey or brown sugar
Vanilla extract

Use a blender to combine whatever ingredients you have in just about any proportion. Begin with less than 1 cup of milk per serving and experiment with the remaining ingredients to suit your family's taste. Relax. It will be delicious and nutritious!

A really great homemade protein shake. I did not add the eggshells or the sweeteners as in the recipe above. Next time I will add peanut butter.
